Hi my name is Daniel and I am the director of Sunflower Gardens.

I started the company only a few years ago and while the reccession has been tough we have managed to weather the storm and forge a place for ourselves in the gardening world. Our projects have ranged from small garden make-overs to large scale garden design and landscaping. We have been lucky enough to work on a variety of gardens from the classic and the practical to the more modern and intricate, from family gardens to municipal ones. I began my career as a maintenance gardener and learned my profession from there, beginning with a strong plant knowledge and moving onto hard landscaping and finally design.

I am always looking to continue my studies and for new angles to challenge the team and myself. With fashions changing every year it is important to stay on top of this and retain the eagerness to learn and adapt.

We try to source all of our plants locally and to use a supplier in your area to support a range of businesses. Where it is possible we are keen to recycle any plants we remove from gardens instead of destroying them.
